Who we are
CoreKids Fitness is run by Laura Lombard and provides children's fitness clubs in Bolton and surrounding areas. For any question about your information, contact laura@corekidsfitness.co.uk or call 07547 191671.
What this website collects
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not store the details you type into the enquiry form. When you press "Send enquiry", the form opens your own email app (or WhatsApp, if you choose) with your message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Like all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site securely.
Information you send us
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we receive the details you choose to share, typically your name, school or organisation, contact details, preferred days or times and your message.
Please don't send children's personal details (such as names, dates of birth or medical information) through a general enquiry. If your child goes on to join a club, we'll explain separately what information we need and why.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss clubs or sessions.
- To arrange sessions you've asked about.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us. We never sell your information or pass it to other organisations for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with it and any resulting arrangement, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting laura@corekidsfitness.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
